Sorelle 215 E Review: Sorelle Adult Bed Rails and Slats - Espresso. A baby bed company told me that these rails would work with the #300 E Sasha crib model, don't be fooled they will not work! The picture advertising these rails is incorrect on the way it attaches to the crib. The actual rails have metal pieces on the ends that you have to attach to an adapter which has to be put onto your head board and foot board. Good luck!
