Boatmates 3128-8 Review: BoatMates Underseat Bag. We have one of these underseat bags fo our inflatable dinghy and it is about 4 years old. It has split in several places, including the top surface, and frayed in other places. It has not been sujected to enough rough usage to justify these damages. We would pay more for a product that stands up to what has been ordinary use, with a heavier material and better resistance to deterioration.
