Bell 1002290 Review: Bell iPulse LED Bike Torch. I found this light at a local big-box retail store. It's incredibly bright for the money. It seems as bright as the Planet Bike 1- or 2-watt "Blaze" light costing twice the money.It seems well-designed. It creates about a 3' beam at 8' distance. But, something about the reflector's design also creates a small 1.5' beam about 2' in front of the front wheel.
